Fern Flight necklace with sea glass

Although this piece might look a bit stiff, it's not. The ferns sitting behind the pendant are kinetic. It's a wonderfully articulated botanical expression of the under forest.

The focal point is a bezeled piece of sea glass that I found on the beaches of Todos Santos, Baja, Mexico. The overlaying fern is riveted through to the backside.

My work is hand fabricated sterling silver. Every piece is hand sawn, soldered, textured, soldered, and more. Nothing is cast.
