Cicada Cuff

This might be one of my favorite pieces I've made to-date.

The wings of this cicada are sawed, soldered, and formed to mimic the gorgeous design of the cicada wings. The body is fused and hand carved. The underside of the cuff is a nice thick sheet of silver that clasps with simple tension, and swivels open on a hinge.

It's a perfect fit for people with wrists that are 6-6.5" round.
