This intricate poppy pod pendant is the one I made when writing my upcoming book The New Silversmith. The images of my fabrication process will be included therein.
This poppy pod hangs on a natural leather cord, adorned with sterling silver chain. Hand fabricated, sawed, carved, and soldered sterling silver hollow form. I even included the holes for the seeds to release.
The pod is 2.25" in length, and the leather cord/chain is 20-23", designed to be adjustable.
